Band-Aids on Bullet Wounds

Jeremiah 6:14 “They dress the wound of my people as though it were not serious. ‘Peace, peace,’ they say, when there is no peace.”

I am committed to not put band-aids on bullet wounds; but instead, to have the courage to listen, empathize, diagnose, and treat the wound.

God works in the midst of wounds… “Suffering is God’s medicine of choice to wake us from our slumbering self-sufficiency and turn us to heightened Christ-sufficiency.” – Martin Luther
