Bio:  Having completed his undergraduate and advanced degrees, as a pastor, Gary Coiro led in 3 churches over a period of 15 years.  The churches varied in size, from a few hundred to a few thousand, yet all were involved in stewardship campaigns for capital expansion.  2003 was a year of transition, as Gary shifted from leading a flock to consulting with organizations. Since 2004, Gary has been assisting a variety of organizations – this with a heart for leaders, a commitment to the mission and vision of the organization, and sensitivity to team unity and consensus.  In addition to managing campaigns, Gary has also served in the areas of organizational assessment, strategic planning, major donor cultivation, feasibility studies, and non-profit ministry campaigns.

    Gary,
Have you ever considered adding Diversity Training to your services? 🙂 I might know someone 🙂

  2. You got it, and you’re in! I still remember the great scene when you and Mich did our Cleveland roundtable!

  3. Diversity is a necessary component in many inner cities; it needs committed partnerships. Can anyone show me how this has or is working in their ministry?
